The guest, Mr. X, had a history ofcausing trouble at other resorts in the past and had bleen banned from a few of them. Despite his reputation, the resort decided to accept his booking since he had agreed to their terms and conditions. Issues: Mr. X's mm started to create problems from the beginning of his stay. He would often create a scene in the lobby and was rude to the staff. He would complain about everything from the food to the room service, and his constant demands were difficult to meet. His Wwas affecting the other guestsr experiences, and the resort management decided to have a conversation with him. The resort management had a meeting with Mr. X to discuss his Wand requested that he comply with their rules and regulations, but Mr. X refused to listen and continued his unruly mm The resort management then decided to terminate Mr. X's contract and asked him to leave the premises immediately. Mr. X was unhappy with the resort's decision and felt that he was being treated unfairly. He refused to leave the resort and threatened to sue the management. The resort management then decided to take legal action against Mr. X for breach of contract and for causing damages to the resort's reputation.
