Background: An engineering and consultancy firm has set up a Business Experience (BX) group to improve the user experiencethat employees and leaders have with corporate processes. The BX team comprises eight sub-teams that support leadership and the Functional Services Teams. The User Experience (UX) sub-team provides a voice for employees and an interface with corporate processes and systems. The UX sub-team is the focal point and interface with the organization for this consulting project. UX seeks feedback from employees through the Idea Machine, assesses the ideas, and oversees the development of change management plans before handing new initiates to the Project Delivery and Business Systems and IT Integrations sub-teams for implementation.
