Your Role: Both families are concerned that Tony and Peggy Sue's wedding planning strays from their family's traditions. They have hired you to plan the wedding. They want it done their way without considering what Tony or Peggy Sue want. Your job is to plan the wedding using project management tools and techniques. Create a standard report with the following:

- Develop a list of assumptions you will use as a basis for planning the wedding. Note: Eloping is not an option for Tony and Peggy Sue.
- Develop a work breakdown structure and construct an indentured list.
- Follow the "What is a Work Breakdown Structure" video above.
- Your WBS should contain enough detail to manage the tasks and assign responsibility and resources to the tasks.
- Include activities that must be accomplished prior to the wedding day.
- Develop an indentured list with your WBS (see page 116 of your text for reference).
- Identify the person responsible for ensuring the activity is completed (you can include Tony and Peggy Sue along with others, such as bridesmaid, best man, father of the bride, mother of the groom, etc.).
- Include deliverables for each activity (Example: For the "hire a caterer" activity, the deliverable could include a menu for the reception).
