Background Info:

The Somewhere, NJ library advising board, along with the local mayor and head of the library, recently met to discuss the need to update their current computers and network. The last update to these systems took place in 2003 and users within the town have begun to complain about the lack of computer-based resources available to them. Additionally, it has become harder to track the location of books and to determine when a book is out, overdue, needs replaced, etc. The board would like to incorporate newer technologies (e-books, videos, etc.) as well.
