Background information: It is a proposal namely 'request for proposal'(RFP) for Treehouse for a couple of two with no kids.

The following is the customer requirement for the Treehouse:

The Construction Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") will act in accordance with all the intentions, specifications and stipulations contained or mentioned in this document.

Each bidder will be responsible for investigating existing conditions and issues that affect the cost or performance of the services.

Each bidder will be responsible for carrying out the necessary studies to correctly carry out the work. The same studies must be considered and supported by the proposals.

Each bidder will prepare its design proposal considering the color palette and the reference board. Check attachments.

The contractor must submit a work program, budget, and design proposal.

Suggested design and materials should be clearly defined for later authorization of the client.

Each bidder must have up-to-date knowledge of local and municipal building codes and laws.

Any necessary locations and installation lines (plumbing, gas lines, etc.) must be considered in the proposal.

The contractor must provide all the necessary materials for the correct development of the project.

The materials will be considered proposals until further approval by the client.

The contractor must take care of all the legal procedures and permits that the project requires.

The contractor must provide trained personnel for each stage of the project.

Specific duties to be performed are as follows:

Washroom

Quantity: 1

Specifications: Separate shower, full-body size tub, sink, and toilet.

Ceramic floor, wet areas covered in tile, shower with rain shower head, window, steel accessories, bathroom furniture, smart mirror.

Bedroom

Quantity- 1

Specifications: 360 window view, king-size bed, closet, smart lighting system, TV.

Kitchen

Quantity-1

Specifications: small, it must include stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a 1.5 meters long breakfast bar.

Bar area

Quantity- 1

Specifications: small bottle wine cooler, bar, guest benches (4), storage space, cupboards. Wine display. It must connect with the living and the kitchen area.

Living room

Quantity- 1

Specifications: L-shaped sofa with footstool. Coffee table and Smart Tv

Outdoor social area

Quantity- 1

Specifications: Space for outdoor gatherings

1 table with 6 chairs, grill, gazebo or pergola, lighting, and Smart audio system.

Terrace

Quantity- 1

Specifications: open space (3 wide x 5 meters long). Include 2 swings in the design.

Stairs

Quantity- 1

Specifications: for access to the treehouse, it must be ergonomic.

Additional requirements

Conserve natural light as much as possible, 2 swings in the terrace area. Smart accessories and installations. Open distribution in kitchen, bar, living room and terrace.
