Your monitoring program should include a variety of measurements which will enable you to report to your organisation and stakeholders about your activities, these should include:

• current status of the project
• current resources being use
• what data or metric systems you will use to monitor the resources
• the timelines for resource monitoring ( daily/weekly/monthly)
• KPI's involved in successful resource allocation ( how will you know that your resource is being used sufficiently)
• How you will gather feedback from stakeholders involved in the resource allocation

To monitor the usage and success of resources in meeting business or project objectives, we will develop a procedure and/or monitoring system that includes a variety of measurements. This system will enable us to report to our organization and stakeholders about our activities, including the current status of the project, the resources being used, the data or metric systems used to monitor the resources, the timelines for resource monitoring, the KPI's involved in successful resource allocation, and how we will gather feedback from stakeholders involved in the resource allocation. Additionally, we will consider the use of existing resources within the business as well as the cost of purchasing or procuring new resources within the allocated budget of $20,600.

(For example ABC Group meet with key team members to discuss the progress of their resource usage, they conduct training in use of automated tools which track data and measure metrics for website traffic increases and if they discover that a resource is not working or that the timeframes, equipment needs to be changed, they record this in a corrective action register and apply timeframes to fix the resource.)
