Background. The goal of this assignment is to help Learning & Development professionals, specifically trainers, be more inclusive when they deliver training programs. As an aside, this assignment was inspired by a training I attended this summer. At least one training participant had a hearing impairment. As such, a professional signer was present during the training. My experiences this summer led me to be curious about additional techniques that can be utilized to support inclusive training programs.
Deliverable. The deliverable for this assignment will include a PPT Training Deck with ~12 slides. Additionally, EACH slide must include SPEAKER NOTES. Yes! That includes the cover slide, where you will share an overview of the presentation.
Key Assumptions - PPT Training Deck.
Target Audience. Your target audience for this training will be Training professionals. You will be building a PPT Training Deck to teach Training professionals specific techniques they can use to be more inclusive of training participants with disabilities.
Company. For this training audience - you will be using Rutgers University
You are not allowed to repurpose an existing presentation (including the examples). Instead, the slides you present must be original content based on your research and ideas.
