Background to the Project: Your firm has been asked to prepare a project plan to manage the demolition of a large late 1950's era university building (with no historic or architectural significance.) The building takes up % of a city block in a large urban center. The current building is deemed "obsolete" as it has little air conditioning, is heat energy inefficient, has inadequate wiring, lacks basic IT infrastructure, and has asbestos insulation (a cancer risk). A demolition permit has already been approved.
