Background:

Wes and Steve are partners in a lunch truck company that operates a central kitchen and operates lunch trucks that travel to various locations in Philadelphia, Monday$-$Friday. The lunch trucks deliver pre$-$packaged healthy sandwich and salad alternatives, fresh fruit and pre$-$packaged low$-$fat desserts and canned beverages. Together, the partners have to

make many decisions about how to structure the operational aspects of the business so that it is cost effective, efficient and profitable.

Current Situation:

Given recent growth and expected plans for expansion of truck routes, Wes and Steve have leased a new kitchen facility that offers more space. Before they can move their current kitchen operations to the new facility, some work must be completed to upgrade the electric and install a new stove and walk in refrigerator. Before they can move in and begin

operations, this work must be inspected and a Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained by the city. Wes and Steve agree that the actual move must happen over a weekend so that it doesn$$t interrupt their kitchen work for weekday operations.
