Policy Rollout: Describe how you plan to introduce this policy across the campus. Should this be rolled out one building at a time? perhaps during a semester?

Training Plan: Outline any training required for students and employees. How will you track completion? How will you ensure that all relevant personnel take the training? Keep in mind that the training needs to be realistic. That is$,$ you cannot expect all faculty on campus at the same time, and you cannot expect anyone to attend a six$-$hour training to learn about wearing a badge.

Measuring Effectiveness: Propose a realistic method to assess the policy's effectiveness. You must provide an objective way of measuring effectiveness. A survey that asks students if they feel safer is subjective.

Enforcement: Explain how you will ensure compliance with this policy. Ensure that you address first$-$time offenders, as well as repeat offenders. You want to make sure that the punishment fits the crime so to speak. A $$10,000$ fine for forgetting a badge is not realistic.

Create the actual policy text. It should be clear and understandable for all employees, regardless of their position. This is based on the information provided in Part $1.$
