Background: you are working as a project manager (e.g., finances, sales, marketing, childcare, construction, healthcare, education, agriculture, IT, etc.).

Your project is delayed due to the pandemic. You ran out of resources (e.g., skilled professionals, infrastructure resources, space, computer, transportation, etc.). It's very important for you to complete the project and meet the project objectives; however, that won't be possible without the required resources. At the same time you can't afford this project to be cancelled.

You have to compose and send a very persuasive email to the senior management team, asking for the required resources that would enable you to complete this project.

Follow the guidelines provided in the course material and text. This is an opportunity to apply the grammar feedback you have received from Weeks 1-7.

1. Share your email content on the discussion board (The body of the email is 1 paragraph - 150-200 words). Do not attach a file; post the email.
2. Make sure you follow the persuasive message approach and apply the 6Cs.
3. Reply to one other student's post..

a) Point out one item that they did well. Be specific in stating what they did that followed email guidelines.

b) Point out one item they could improve on, and be specific to the learnings from this course.
