In addition, since 2019, the company has outstanding all year a 10%, 3-year, $20,000 note payable and an 12%, 4-year, $60,000 note payable, interests to be paid annually on Dec. 31. Instructions: (a) Compute the weighted-average accumulated expenditures in 2020. (b) Compute the average interest rate for capitalization of borrowing cost purposes in 2020. (c) Prepare a journal entry to record payments of all interests, including capitalization of interests, at Dec. 31, 2020
