The bank requires the following number of hours of customer service provided by tellers during the next 4 months: Month 1 4200 hrs Month 1 5000 hrs Month 1 6100 hrs Month 1 7500 hrs Each teller works up to 160 hours per month and is paid $4000 per month. At the start of Month 1 the bank has 65 tellers. To meet future demands, new tellers must be trained by the existing tellers. It takes one month to train a new teller. During the month of training, a trainee will be paid $2500 and must go through 35 hours of supervision by a current teller. At the end of each month, 5% of the bank's tellers quit. Formulate an LP whose solution will enable Carolinas Bank to minimize the total labor costs in meeting the customer service requirements for the next 4 months
