Banking Contracts PATINETES ELCTRICOS, S.L. needs bank financing for the following purposes:

a) To optimize the use of its treasury, to improve its working capital and mitigate the treasury constraints derived from the fact that the cycles of higher capital needs do not match those of higher income.

b) The acquisition of a small competing company, with which they could gain important synergies.

c) The construction of the new corporate headquarters over a plot which is already owned by PATINETES ELCTRICOS, S.L. 5. Indicate what type of financing would be the most appropriate for each of these purposes, analysing particularly the differences in respect of the withdrawal period and the repayment period.
