Barbara is a successful business woman. Her well-known business makes and installs office furniture and equipment in large organisations. Owing to her success, she is often subject to pressure when negotiating business deals, as other parties are aware that she can often afford to pay large sums of money. Barbara accepts that this is part of business, but is particularly concerned in relation to the three contracts below

CONTRACT 2:

Contract two is between Barbara and her lawyer. Barbara's lawyer, with whom she depends upon for legal advice in relation to her business, has been persuading Barbara to enter into a contract which she feels isn't very advantageous to her. Barbara's lawyer has pestered Barbara over a sustained period of time and Barbara has felt uncomfortable about it but also pressured to take the contract in order to keep a good working relationship with her lawyer. Advise Barbara using IRAC.
