- Discuss the proposed method of sale and reason for your selection (private treaty vs. auction)

- Discuss their timeframe for sale and how you will meet this deadline.

- Discuss your proposed communication plan

- Discuss the agency's fees, charges and documentation that will need to be signed to move forward
