Barry's boss offers Steffi a very significant sum of money if she will buy an asset in her name financed by the boss and sign a trust deed making him the sole beneficiary, Steffi also has to sign a contract never to reveal this transaction to Barry and is to be paid a substantial further sum for signing this contract.
