Supports all sales team members. 4. Consistently reaches all set monthly sales targets. I 5. Identifies and approaches 5 new sales accounts each month. Based on the 5 performance related achievements you identify for your job, you are required to develop a 5 point rating scale where 1 indicates unsatisfactory performance and 5 indicates outstanding performance.
