For example, based on a Sales job, 5 performance related indicators of that job might be 1. Manages time efficiently. 2. Visits current customers at least once a month. 3. Supports all sales team members. 4. Consistently reaches all set monthly sales targets. I 5. Identifies and approaches 5 new sales accounts each month. Based on the 5 performance related achievements you identify for your job, you are required to develop a 5 point rating scale where 1 indicates unsatisfactory performance and 5 indicates outstanding performance. Create the criteria-based reference for each of the 5 potential scale steps. To help you get started, here is the Sales job example for the indicator "manages time efficiently."
