if the state & (Prosecution ) was to argue such a rule and regulation unto a lawful abiding constituent who is by means is adhering to the law by performing his/her due diligence.. when trying to register their individual fire arm isn't that a direct violation of the second amendment? and if such regulation was to aide in the efforts of public safety...then if the Plaintiffs have not committed any such crime (Felony) then what is the point to infringe unto their rights and liberties ... especially if the US Constitution aides agonist's such tac -tics...without a Justifying charge of first a crime being committed? Isn't that a direct act of discrimination and unlawful ant-tics...on behalf of the state? especially if the Plaintiffs are protecting themselves either inside of their dwellings etc.
