1. Based on f the following recently initiated (started), and still current (on-going) series of WTO disputes and use the dispute to illustrate (explain and demonstrate) aspects of GATT Law.
2. You should focus only on those parts of the legal dispute relating to GATT 1994. If your chosen dispute involves arguments about other WTO Agreements, you can ignore those parts.

1. In your presentation, you should answer the following questions (not necessarily in the following order):
   1. Which WTO member is the complainant and what is the essence of their complaint as it relates to GATT 1994? Which articles of GATT 1994 are relied upon in the complaint?
   2. Who is the respondent WTO member? What is the measure being complained of and why was it introduced (how would the respondent justify it?).
   3. Do you think the measure complained of is justifiable?
   4. Do you think the complaint is justified?
   5. How do you think the dispute will be resolved?
   6. How do you think the dispute should be resolved?
   7. Make sure in your educational video that you provide context - the global political backdrop within which the dispute(s) under discussion are occurring.
