Sustainability is a joint effort of the people involved in higher education institutions. thus needing a strategy to move towards a sustainable future. It can be observed that starting a balanced score card has to do with increasing sustainability in measuring the performance of four perspectives on Higher education institutions. Literatures have provided that universities should make the issue of sustainability a priority. encourage critical thinking on sustainability issues. establish partnerships with governments and non-governmental agents on sustainability issues and consult with students on their views on sustainability issues in institutions of higher learning. Sustainability of Malaysian Higher Education Institutions model based on: Awareness {AW}. Integration (I) and Improvement (IMI about sustainability. Building gap in this study is the failure of attention to quality performance in between administrators although autonomy is given to the leaders of higher education institutions by the Ministry of Higher Education Organizational climate should be assessed based on five factors in this study. (orientation (0). supervision [8}. communication [COL and decision making (OM) and reward management {RM} which are independent variables to turnover intention as the dependent variable] and organizational climate of public school employee perceptions through dimensions that encompass the intimacy of how members enjoy social relationships within the organization.
