Julia owes Jacob 200,000 PHP. Coincidentally, June, one of Julia's children, also owes Jacob 200,000 PHP. Julia got sick and eventually died. Jacob then as a tribute to his friend Julia, condoned Julia's debt and was manifested through a document as a donation to Julia's estate. June, as one of the heirs to Julia, thanked Jacob for the gesture. Is June still liable for her debt to Jacob? Why or Why Not?
