Based on the conflict that you were planning to resolve in Stage 2, you need to take actions to resolve the conflict. For those using the scenario, you will resolve the conflict from Appendix B - Scenario 2. You need to resolve the conflict based on the processes of your organisation, for those using their workplace, provide evidence in the form or policies or procedures of this process. Note that you should only resolve the conflict within the parameters of your own role. To complete this stage: Manage the conflict constructively and by following processes and procedures Communicate the progress of the conflict resolution to internal and external stakeholders Motivate others and engage them to resolve the conflict You need to provide evidence of the conflict resolution process in the form of a video recording of you resolving the conflict. Where possible, an assessor may be present in class or online to assess you directly
