For each sustainability strategy you identified in Part D of Assessment Task 2, you are to identify one way that the results can be monitored including how it can be recorded and communicated including:

• When the performance result should be communicated
• Who it should be communicated to?
• Who should send the communication?
• The format that the result should be communicated in
• What the contents of the communication should be
