Weaknesses

This scenario may result in a little drop in revenue, but if it occurs frequently, it is a bad indicator, and the organization should make a change.
  • Jollibee, as we all know, is a fast food chain that provides cuisine that falls into the junk food category, such as burgers, fries, and other fast food products. Since a portion of their target market avoids junk food or fast food meals, this will be a disadvantage for the firm.
  • As sales growth slowed, the company lacked more effective marketing competencies. If the corporation will be unable to be adaptive in both good and bad business settings, it will be a weakness. Particularly during this pandemic, certain restaurants have seen a reduction in sales. Every organization should be flexible enough to maintain its development and profitability.
