1) What is the Purpose of the Team? The desired outcome?

How will this team do its part to fulfill that mission?
What is this team's unique vision and purpose? Research? Service? Fundraising?
What does the desired outcome look like when accomplished?

Will it be a team of individuals or a team of sub-teams?
Will team members work collaboratively or independently on their assigned tasks?

Task-driven? Relational? Competitive? Collaborative? Proactive? Reactive?

What qualifications, skills, or traits will be needed?

What is one quality paragraph about a pagecovering each overarching question? For each overriding question, how does an individual best answer all the sub-questions that apply to a particular situation? How will a resulting paper be approximately seven to nine pages in length?
