Based on the prior research we made the following research predictions:(1) There will be a positive relationship between age (measured as a continuous variable) and (i) Number Unique Items (ii) Number Clusters (iii) Number Strategies.(2) There will be a positive relationship between the number of strategies used and (i) the Number Unique Items recalled, and (ii) the Number Clusters recalled.(3) (i) Older elementary-school students will recall more clusters than younger elementary-school students; (ii) participants in Condition B (Semantically related) will recall more clusters than participants in Condition A (Random ordered). (iii) There will be significant interaction between age-group and condition; older children will recall more clusters in condition B
