Based on the research made, the company decides to go ahead with the online catering and restaurant food with delivery opitons as a benefit for the employees with a choice of some of the closeby restaurants in the areas from where their employees can order food.

Please help figure out what are the common elicitation questions I should be asking all the listed key stakeholders.

-Head of HR, Employees, Operations Manager, The company IT dept, and Finance.

Here is what I have prepared attached below but need help if these questions are relevant.

1. What is your name and role?
2. What are the pain points currently for food ordering or going to a cafeteria or restaurant?
3. How much time do you spend on the food ordering or waiting for the food if you order from the restaurant? The company is planning to introduce an online catering system, and do you support the project?
   • If yes, what features do you think the system should have?
   • How would you define success for the project?
   • How would you quantify success?
4. What is the single most important thing that you want to make sure happens as a result of this project?
