Based on the results (answered very truthfully) the personality results are extremely accurate to how I conduct myself. I always try to stay positive, look for ways to complete all work, be dependable, and sociable (but very approachable), and always be organized with all tasks.

The way my personality might influence how I lead by using a mixture of analytical, empathetic, and adaptable personality. Thinking about ways to get the work done, working with, and supporting the team with what they need, and adapting to the changing environment that occurs daily. "Humble leaders improve the performance of a company in the long run because they create more collaborative environments. They have a balanced view of themselves - both their virtues and shortcomings - and a strong appreciation of others' strengths and contributions, while being open to new ideas and feedback." (Mayo, 2017)

My personality traits as a follower allow me to excel when collaborating with others, oversee the changing environment with results with a cheerful outlook, and provide data to support my decisions in certain aspects of business.

The one personality I would like to improve on is the Open-Mindedness trait. A score of 37 (which seems low to me) advises me that I need to look for ways to be out of the box more and creative at work. My interests tend to be very narrow (blinders), and I do not look for information or techniques that could improve efficiency. Improving this trait would allow me to see the bigger picture at work (which I discussed in the last post as a trait that I need to improve) and could lead to better financial gains for the company as well as a more well-rounded individual who could be promoted into a senior management role.
