a. Ben sent his expensive Nicon DSLR camera to Jim's shop for a minor repair. After repairing it, without Ben's permission, Jim took the camera on a hiking trip and accidently dropped the camera. He thought that the camera is totally broken so he sold the camera to Zeke as scraps for RM50. Zeke spent RM 600 to restore the camera to working order. Later, during a gathering among photographers, Ben noticed that Zeke is holding a familiar looking camera, Upon checking, it is confirmed that the camera was his so Ben demands it back, but Zeke refused to hand it over. Explain to Zeke who the rightful owner of the camera is.
