In the hospitality industry services and products can be differentiated and explained based on the extra services the hotel offers to its customers. The term hotel products refers to those extra services that the hotel sell as experience to its customers at an extra prices beside that for rooms and accommodation such as safari wild trips. Meanwhile services are the normal items such as meals and accommodations. (Tsai et al., 2009)
