Based on this draft..

Ghana is a country in West Africa that has a population of over 30 million people yet a poor per capita income. Agriculture plays a significant role in Ghana's economy, with over sixty percent of the country's workforce being employed in the field. In addition, there is a sizable informal sector in the country, which is estimated to account for somewhere about 80 percent of the workforce.

The government of Ghana has taken a number of precautions in response to the pandemic, one of which being the imposition of a statewide lockdown on March 30, 2020; this policy has been gradually relaxed since it was initially implemented. Other steps include the establishment of a COVID-19 relief fund, the delivery of free testing and treatment, and the provision of food and other necessities to households who are most vulnerable.

In addition, the government of Ghana has taken a variety of steps to provide support for medical personnel in order to combat the epidemic. These initiatives include the distribution of free personal protective equipment (PPE), the launch of a health insurance program for frontline employees, and the implementation of a COVID-19 allowance for health professionals.

The COVID-19 epidemic has had a substantial impact on the economy of Ghana, and as a result, GDP growth is expected to drop from an already sluggish 4.5 percent in 2019 to barely 1.5 percent in 2020. The epidemic has also had a significant negative impact on some of the most important industries in the country, including agriculture, tourism, and manufacturing. The line graph is used to show the decrease in the GDP Growth. Using this style of graph, the audience can instantly determine that the GDP Growth decreased during the period. What the speaker will only do is to explain why this change happened.
