Several people wait in a crowded emergency room to see a physician. A woman, along with her ill teenage son are among those waiting to be seen. The boy has a high fever, has been vomiting repeatedly, cannot keep food down and is showing signs of dehydration. The mother speaks to the admitting attendant several times and the attendant explains that they must see patients in a certain order, and they have a process they must follow. The woman becomes increasingly aggressive and demands her son see the doctor immediately or she will share her complaints on social media. A manager attempted to resolve the situation, but the woman eventually had to be escorted out by security, leaving the sick boy alone. The mother kept her word, going to Facebook to share her complaints along with photos she had secretly taken on her phone of staff, other patients, and a video of her being escorted out. She "tagged" the hospital, the triage nurse, and the admitting attendant. Although the woman did not post a racist message, several the folks commenting had made racist comments about the hospital staff.
