Basing on the CCPA No. 24 of 2010 of the Laws of Zambia, critically discuss the following statement:

"The basic objection to tying and bundling by dominant enterprises is that it enables 'leverage' of market power - the projection of dominance from one market to another. In other words, the dominant enterprises uses its position on the market where it is dominant to for close competition on another market and acquire substantial market power there too".
