Bateman and Snell (2010) posed, "Express your ideas in a cohort, orderly way. Don't rely on verbal padding to take the place of clear thinking" (p.16).In other words, the language or terminology should be commonsensical or coherent. That said, I believe that the writer or communicator should write in an orderly way, so that the contents of the message can be understood. In this way, any barriers when sending and receiving messages will be lessened. At the end of the day, managers, leaders, and staff members should effectively communicate when putting his or her heads together.
