Be Aware. Leaders must be aware of changes in their environment. They will happen and may cause uncertainties. This includes changes in the market, technology, and/or customer behavior. The Will to Adapt. Once leaders are aware of these changes, they must be able to adapt their strategies accordingly. This could involve changing their products, services, process, or even their business model. Being Agile. Adaptability is not enough on its own. Leaders must also be agile, or having agility. Meaning they must be able to implement these changes quickly. Align Change properly. Leaders must ensure that their new strategies are aligned with their organization's mission and values. Once issues are aligned properly, employees will work towards the same common goals. How do these solutions, resources, or answers address strategic leadership explored
