What happened? e Also, describe a time when you felt a pinch and handled it successfully. What happened and what made your situation successful? What happened in your role plays with your partner(s). Do you feel you were able to use the pinch model to resolve the conflict? Did you have any insights? Discuss strategies for using this tool in your virtual team and your workplace, and specify specific challenges if your team is all virtual, hybrid, or all onsite. (I am interested in seeing a demonstration of your understanding of this model and how it can be useful in warding off conflict before it escalates.)
