They are prepared to pay upwards of $350 for a jar of premium grade raw Australian manuka honey which has been certified. While ensuring that the product is laboratory tested and certified to prove its purity and authenticity - these customers want to know more about the bees that make the honey, the land where the bees live and the beekeeper's apiaries (the location where the beekeepers keep their hives).
