You are asked to be a consultant of a movie rental business. A rental DVD store KURANG LAKU is in a bit of trouble and is seeking you for advice. Those troubles have made their rental volume low. Here are some business process conducted by the store: Customers have to go to the store, then he/she will look at the DVD cover on the store wall or at a list to choose the DVD he/she wanted to rent. Then they will go to the counter and ask about the availability of the DVD they want, including the quality of the movie (cam,telesync,dvd, blueray), and sometimes they also asked about the synopsis of the movie. The clerk counter will clerk on availibility on his/her computer and answered on the quality if he/she has seen the paeticular movie. If not, after taking the DVD from the warehouse, he/she will let the customer watch a preview of the movie using the store's TV and DVD player. Customers will do this again and again until he/she finished choosing all movies he/she wanted to rent. Once finished, the clerk will get the DVD from the warehouse and for the DVD quality in question, the clerk will play it so that customers can decide on the quality and continue the transaction or not. After making decision, the clerk will ask customer to show his/her membership card. If it is not available, customers have to register for the card. The card is directly available when in stock. Customer have to pay a sum of money during registration. Aside from showing the membership card, customers also have to give his/her ID card as a collateral. After the clerk received the payment, he/she will give a copy of the receipt to customers for him/her when returning the rented DVD. A returned DVD needs to have the copy of the receipt otherwise the customer will get a fined fee. The store is almost alwaye full of people at night and the afternoon, and the average service time for each individual is around 30 minutes. Every weekend the store will provide additional employee for the shift because the number of people will be twice compared to weekdays.
