Before sending an email, you should always do all of the following except:

Remove all recipients except the primary recipients in the $"$To$"$ field.

Attach all document with clear and accurate file names

Grammar and spell check the email and proofread the entire email to make it more concise.

Add and double$-$check all hyperlinks to ensure there are no broken links. $.$
