Before the analogue transmissions were completely turned off on 31st October 2019 and switched to full myFreeview Digital TV broadcast using DVB-T2 technology, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) found that 160 household out of 500 in one part of the central peninsular states have not been installed with myFreeview Digital TV. (i) Estimate the actual proportion of the household in Malaysia with myFreeview Digital TV at 90% and 99% confidence level. (ii) Interpret your answer in (a)(i).
