Before this course, I had a limited understanding of innovation teams. I knew that they were groups of people who worked together to come up with new ideas, but I didn't know much about how they operated or what their goals were. I also had some misconceptions about innovation teams. For example, I thought that they were only for large companies, and that they were only focused on developing new products. I had the opportunity to learn more about innovation teams when I started working at my current company. We have a small innovation team that is responsible for coming up with new ideas for products and services. The team is made up of people from different departments, and they meet regularly to brainstorm new ideas. The team also has a budget to fund the development of new products and services. I have been impressed with the work of the innovation team. They have come up with some great ideas, and they have been successful in developing and launching new products and services. I have also learned that innovation teams are not just for large companies. They can be effective in any size company. I am now a strong believer
