For this week's DQ, you will review Deming and Lewin's principles related to present management practice and inter-generational decision making realities.

(1) Using Deming's 14 points for management and Lewin's "Generational Influences on Work Behaviour," address the present need for understanding how to manage an increasingly diverse workforce and navigate the differences among the four generations (or less) currently dominating the workforce in your organization.

(2) When looking at the Deming's 14 points for management nd Lewin's "Generational Influences on Work Behaviour," what are the most common approaches to rational decision making and decision bias practiced by representative generations in your organization?

(3) Are there negative generational tendencies in your age group that your organization works to overcome?

(4) If you had the opportunity to implement what you see as best practices from Deming's 14 points for management, what best practices would you implement to meet the generational influences for your organization?
