Before you begin your website, go online and research what you consider best practices in web design. Find websites for three businesses similar to yours. Analyze them by considering the following:

• What works well on them?
• What makes them visually appealing?
• How easy are they to negotiate?
• Is the information you are looking for easily accessible?
• What is going to make your website stand out?

make a brief review of each website addressing these questions. Include a link to the websites that you used for this assignment.

Part 2: Website

make a a website for the business that you have been developing throughout the course. You have already worked out a lot of the details of that business, so it is time to think about how to present it to the public. There are numerous sites that let you build a website for free online, and your instructor can offer some suggestions as well.

When it comes to the website, make sure that it includes the following:

• A visually appealing home page that clearly identifies the type of business
• Easily accessible contact information (choose a desirable location to use as an address)
• Easy navigation guides and links to other pages
• Details about the goods/service provided (this can include prices and/or descriptions)
• An "About Us" background page

You can add other features if they make sense for your business. If you found aspects of the other websites that you would like integrate into yours, you can do that as well. Be sure to review the earlier activities you completed for this course. You have already put a lot of thought into your business, so much of this information is already assembled. It is now time to present it publicly.

Take the time and use your creativity to make certain your website is visually appealing and free of mechanical errors.

Part 3: Security

Along with your completed website, submit the list of the websites that you analyzed when developing your own. Additionally, make a paragraph explaining your proposed online security plan for your site. If you will be taking orders online and collecting customer information like credit card numbers, you are going to need much more security than a website that merely describes services. Be sure that your security plan reflects how your website will be used.
