Begin developing a strategy plan for a student with Developmentally Delay. Include strategies discussed in the book Strategies for Including Children with Special Needs in Early Childhood Setting and in the book Building Blocks for Teaching Preschoolers with Special Needs (ELO's, Transition strategies, low cost center adaptations, etc). Develop strategies for the following daily portions of a typical ECE class: Arrival Time Table top activities Free Play Snack Time/Lunch Time Outdoor Play Circle Time Center Time Dismissal Time Academic strategies These strategies should be detailed and tailored to the student's unique Developmental Delay needs. Develop at least three solid strategies for each requested part of the day
