Behaviourally Anchored Ratings - Performance Standards

The performance standards and criteria of our group will be used to assess both our performance as a team as well as our individual performances. Each performance standard will be rated on a scale of 1 to 5: 1 represents the lowest performance standard, and 5 represents the highest performance standard.
