believe that protecting our rights is very important, however I do not believe that it is easy nor is it quick by any means. Just because the Bill of Rights says we should be entitled to them and actually having the liberty of them are two different things. It takes lots of time to challenge our "Rights." By the time we are able to dispute the trotting of our rights either you will be in jail or up to your neck in legal jargon and financial ruin Unless you represent yourself pro se. Which for the average common person it would damn near impossible to do so. Yes, we may have that right to represent ourselves, however being allowed to do so is a daunting task. The courts do not like it because they know that you do not possess the skills or knowledge to follow procedures and codes. So, it makes it very easy for the courts to deny you proper legal representation or access to any kind of legal action no matter how fair or unfair the situation may be. It pretty much gives them a justified disposition to not have to follow through with upholding laws or keeping any sort of balance and holding people accountable in many ways
