It stocks in its warehouse a month ago was, 100 bottles of 1960 Chateur Rockport; 200 bottles of 1970 Chateur Nafite which unknown to Belmounts Wines Lts where the last bottles of that vintage remaining unconsumed anywhere in the World; 350 bottles of 1980 Chateur Saint-lam; Assorted other wines In the last month Belmount wines had made and received no deliveries of wine but has made the following agreements to sell wine. 100 bottles of 1960 Chateur Rockport to Bladimir 200 bottles of 1970 Chateur Nafite to Makhail 300 bottles of 1980 Chateur Saint-lam currently in Belmount wines warehouse to Fedor 50 bottles of 1980 Chateur Saint-lam to Tolstoy As regards payment, Bladimir paid Belmount wines when he made the contract. Makhail agreed to pay upon collecting the goods from Belmount wines warehouse. Fedor and Tolstoy each agreed to pay upon delivery by Belmount wines to their respective premises. Yesterday Belmount wines dispatched Tolstoy 50 bottles of 1980 Chateur Saint-lam, unfortunately the lorry (Belmount Wines owns) crashed enroute and all wine on board was lost. Last night a fire destroyed Belmounts wines warehouse and its contents. Advise the purchasers/ buyers
