Below are descriptions of potential program consumers and user groups. For each consumer and user group: i. Identify one need they may have. Needs refer to the person's essential needs or requirements. ii. Identify one issue they may experience. These are problems or difficulties the person/s is undergoing. iii. Identify one opportunity for them to participate in service programs. iv. Identify one potential barrier to their participation in service programs. Visually impaired local community soccer team
