Discussion #1

If I was entering a business with a family member I would get an LLC. This is impotant to me because it allows me to have my liabilities protected. The operations of a partnership in a new buisness will positivly impact all the members involved. By both sides accepting an operrating agrreement we can manage the business themsleves. It lets in for separation of personal and business budget in addition to protecting your non-public price range from intricate problems with another member of the LLC. It also affords safety against proceedings.

Discussion #2

A limited liability company also known as a LLC is a business structure in the United States that protects its owners from liabilities. I do believe that this is the appropriate form of business organization. When organizing a business, the important things you must address are how you all will run the business, the visions of the business, and also figure out what crowd you're targeting. I would also communicate how many people we need in our business to operate, the liability of each owner and investor, and any insurance needs of the business.
